Book an Appliance Repair Online, Confirmed in Minutes
You can now book an appliance repair with us online and get your time slot confirmed within minutes, any hour of the day, from Helensburgh to Nowra.

You can now book an appliance repair with us online, without waiting for a callback to find out when someone can come.

Head to our booking page, tell us the appliance and the fault, and pick a time that suits you. You get an emailed confirmation with your slot within minutes. If you book after hours or on the weekend, it is still locked in straight away, so you are not left wondering whether the time you wanted was actually available.

The booking system covers our whole service area, from Helensburgh in the north down through Wollongong and Shellharbour to Kiama, Nowra and the Jervis Bay area.

Everything else about the service is the same. The assessment fee is fixed and quoted upfront: $125 across the Illawarra, $145 for the outer South Coast. Our vans carry the common parts, so a lot of repairs are done on the first visit, and every repair comes with a warranty. Afterpay is accepted if you would rather spread the cost.

If your appliance has already stopped and you need someone today, calling is still the fastest way to reach us. Ring 02 4229 3777 and we will sort out same-day service where we can. Otherwise, book online whenever it suits, or send us a note through the contact form.
