And on a gas cooktop that keeps clicking, dry the burner cap and crown properly after a spill, because moisture sitting under the cap keeps the igniter sparking. If the fault holds after all that, we will sort it out.

So I contacted this company and the very next day someone came out and found the problem with my machine. So a part had to be ordered and within a short period of time my machine was fixed. This company is excellent to deal with and the repairer (Jye) was so nice and respectful of my house.
