Very happy. I rang for service on Tuesday and a visit was arranged for the next day. The man texted me to say he was on the way and arrived soon after. He was able to tell me what he thought was the problem and an estimate of the cost if he were correct. He was right, had the necessary parts in his truck and fixed our machine straight away. Would recommend.

Very prompt service. Rang late the afternoon before and a technician was at my house the next morning. Problem fixed in no time. Definitely will use this service again.

Julie, Donna and the staff from Wollongong Service Company were so professional in helping and advising me of the options to repair a leaking hose in my dishwasher. They finished the job that was originally diagnosed by another party and actually changed all the hoses in my dishwasher for a little more than the price I was quoted to only change 1 hose by the original party (after paying that party a service call fee initially) and did not charge me any service call fee. I would highly recommend Wollongong Service Company to anyone in need of appliance repairs. Their tradesmen were very informative and friendly during the repair also. Thanks to all the staff at Wollongong Service Company, much appreciated.

I was most impressed with the service. The service person turned up on time, with a text before hand. He was friendly, polite and most all respectful of my property taking the time to clean up. He also offered advice for future reference. Based on my experience I can highly recommend Wollongong Service Company.

My washing machine stopped working and I called Wollongong Service Company and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours to have a look at it. Fortunately, it was a very quick and easy fix. Would recommend.

My local repairer could not come to my house for 2 weeks to look at my washing machine because they were fully booked out and so they said to contact Wollongong Service Company to see if they could look at my machine sooner. So I contacted this company and the very next day someone came out and found the problem with my machine. So a part had to be ordered and within a short period of time my machine was fixed. This company is excellent to deal with and the repairer (Jye) was so nice and respectful of my house. I will most certainly be calling this company again if I have any appliance problems in the future and I can't thank them enough for all of their help. I am so happy!

Had problem with oven door , had multiple companies come out and look . Not one could fix the issue or told us it was a different problem. The lovely gentleman turned up and took 2 minutes of his time to fix the problem completely. Would definitely recommend this local company. A++ service and communication.

These guys were great. From the phone service when booking the job to the service repair was excellent. Did what they said they would do and were in contact all the time. Timelines given were accurate and have to say the service guy Jye was the best I have dealt with in years. He was polite, chatty, friendly and offered a few tips for the future if other problems. We just had lovely Isaac and Lachlan come and come and complete a warranty repair on our fridge. Both of the boys took so much care for our new home and were extremely respectful. They had exceptional customer service even explaining how the part had failed and how it was fixed prior to them leaving they were professional the entire service and worked so well as a team. Liam and his colleagues at Wollongong Service Company were extremely professional and friendly. They had to replace a very large refrigerator under warranty and the way they were able to manouvre the old fridge out and place the new one in through very tight doorways was a credit to their excellent communication skills and teamwork. It was great to see that good customer service is still alive and well.

I found Wollongong Service Company did as they said they would. They didn't overcharge and the repair was done quickly and efficiently and the repairman was polite and helpful.

I would like to update my review as I have spoken with the technician and accepted his apology and compensation. I should have contacted WSC directly in the 1st instance and we would have sorted the issue out. My apologies for that and I would use this service again as they were genuinely concerned about my issue and took the time to contact me and resolve the issue. Regards Daz Unfortunately my issue was not resolved entirely only fixed 1 issue when there was 2 but for some reason the 2nd issue was not addressed. I engaged other help and found the 2nd issue which fixed my issue. So I feel I did not get the full service which at $140 was disappointing. If I had not sought further help it could have cost me the price of a new fridge/freezer so $2000 instead of the $50 part which fixed it. Regards Daz

From the time I made contact with the Wollongong Service Company to the end of when my fridge was fixed, the service was exceptional. The customer service people and the technicians were all polite and very helpful. The communication provided along the way from start to end was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Contacted WSC for my dishwasher that was spraying water everywhere on an early Monday morning- was there within the same day and the service was beyond compare. Could not recommend these guys any further, particularly Isaak!

I had contacted Wollongong Service, regarding numerous jobs that needed to be done, with different tradesmen , spoke to a gentleman by the name of Sam and organised appointments for 3 or more trades to come out and give quotes. Within less than 10 days got my quotes and work completed. The Service of the tradesmen was excellent, having the time to explain to me the problem, everyone of them clean up after themselves.
