1. Will you be able to fix my problem?
Likely yes. We have been around since the 80s and have seen it all. We have the experience to fix your appliance quickly and efficiently.
2. How do I contact you?
Contact us by either calling or filling in the form above. One of our lovely support personnel will be in touch with you shortly.
3. Do you support my appliance?
We know all the major brands and have access to their parts. You can find the full list of brands we have authorised parts for on our brands page.
4. What payments do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit cards. Our technicians carry mobile payment machines.
5. Will you come to me?
We won't just come to you - but if you call in time it's likely we'll be there today and have it resolved on the spot.
6. Will I be surprised by the bill?
We are very straight forward with our pricing. We have a fixed assessment fee. If we can fix it on the spot we will and quote you for the repair. If we need to get or order parts we will provide you with a quote for the repair.
7. How long will it take to fix my appliance?
It depends. Most problems can be fixed on the spot as we've seen them a lot of times. If we need to order parts we will provide you with a quote for the repair.
8. Do you have a warranty?
Yes. We have a warranty on all parts and labour. If you have any issues with the repair we will come back and fix it for free within the warranty period.

He was able to tell me what he thought was the problem and an estimate of the cost if he were correct. He was right, had the necessary parts in his truck and fixed our machine straight away. Julie, Donna and the staff from Wollongong Service Company were so professional in helping and advising me of the options to repair a leaking hose in my dishwasher. They finished the job that was originally diagnosed by another party and actually changed all the hoses in my dishwasher for a little more than the price I was quoted to only change 1 hose by the original party (after paying that party a service call fee initially) and did not charge me any service call fee. I would highly recommend Wollongong Service Company to anyone in need of appliance repairs. Their tradesmen were very informative and friendly during the repair also. My local repairer could not come to my house for 2 weeks to look at my washing machine because they were fully booked out and so they said to contact Wollongong Service Company to see if they could look at my machine sooner. So I contacted this company and the very next day someone came out and found the problem with my machine. So a part had to be ordered and within a short period of time my machine was fixed. This company is excellent to deal with and the repairer (Jye) was so nice and respectful of my house. I will most certainly be calling this company again if I have any appliance problems in the future and I can't thank them enough for all of their help. I am so happy!
