Once you book we will contact you and make an appointment during our office hours 7:30 to 5pm Monday to Friday with same-day service available. We will come out and see you and assess the situation with your appliance.
Step 3: Quote and Repair
We will tell you what is wrong straight up and provide you with a quote for the repair. If you accept the quote we will fix it on the spot if possible, otherwise our office will quote your on a repair.

They finished the job that was originally diagnosed by another party and actually changed all the hoses in my dishwasher for a little more than the price I was quoted to only change 1 hose by the original party (after paying that party a service call fee initially) and did not charge me any service call fee. My local repairer could not come to my house for 2 weeks to look at my washing machine because they were fully booked out and so they said to contact Wollongong Service Company to see if they could look at my machine sooner. So I contacted this company and the very next day someone came out and found the problem with my machine. So a part had to be ordered and within a short period of time my machine was fixed. We are very straight forward with our pricing. We have a fixed assessment fee. If we can fix it on the spot we will and quote you for the repair. If we need to get or order parts we will provide you with a quote for the repair.
