Kemblawarra is one of the older working suburbs on this side of the lake, taking in the south-eastern part of Warrawong and the southern edge of Port Kembla. It grew up alongside the port and the steelworks, and a lot of the housing dates from that era, which tells you most of what you need to know about the appliances inside.

What we get called out for

A couple of things to try first

On an old top-loader that has stopped spinning, it is often the lid switch or a load sitting to one side, both quick to check before anything else. On a dryer that runs cold, make sure the lint filter and the outside vent are clear, because a choked vent trips the safety cut-out and mimics a heating fault exactly. If the basics are fine and it still misbehaves, give us a call and we will bring the parts.
