My local repairer could not come to my house for 2 weeks to look at my washing machine because they were fully booked out and so they said to contact Wollongong Service Company to see if they could look at my machine sooner. So I contacted this company and the very next day someone came out and found the problem with my machine. So a part had to be ordered and within a short period of time my machine was fixed. This company is excellent to deal with and the repairer (Jye) was so nice and respectful of my house.
