Mount Warrigal sits up on the rise between Lake Illawarra and the ocean, with the shores of the lake wrapping around to the north and west. It is an established suburb: the local public school opened in 1967, and a lot of the housing dates from that same era of brick-and-fibro homes going up across the lake district.

What we tend to find
The kitchens and laundries in these homes have usually had a few appliances over the decades, and the current ones are frequently well into their working life. A fridge that has been running fifteen years will start to struggle as its door seal hardens and lets warm air creep in, and it will run longer and longer to compensate. Replacing a perished seal is often all it takes.
We also get plenty of cooktop calls up here: a gas burner that will not light, or an electric element that has gone dead on one side. And the washing machine in an older laundry cops a hard life, so worn bearings and a tired drain pump are common. A machine that has started walking across the floor on the spin is usually telling you the bearings are on the way out.
If a machine has begun banging and shifting on the spin, take a moment to check it is sitting level and the load is not all bunched to one side, since that alone throws plenty of machines off balance. If it still thumps on an even load, that points to the bearings or shock absorbers, and that is where we come in.

So I contacted this company and the very next day someone came out and found the problem with my machine. So a part had to be ordered and within a short period of time my machine was fixed. This company is excellent to deal with and the repairer (Jye) was so nice and respectful of my house.
